A young man was seriously injured Wednesday morning in a crash in Lower Towamensing Township. The incident occurred about 7:30 a.m. in front of 1445 Little Gap Road. The roads in the area were slick due to a passing snow squall. The victim was treated at the scene by members of the Palmerton ambulance and Lehighton paramedics before being flown to St. Luke’s Hospital trauma center in Bethlehem.
