Pa. man charged with posting threats against Wolf, Biden

A Bucks County man has been charged after posting multiple messages, images and videos on his Facebook page threatening violence and death to Gov. Tom Wolf, President-elect Joe Biden, and others.

At 9:14 a.m. Friday, members of the Pennsylvania State Police Dublin Barracks served an arrest warrant on Kris John Kinsey, 61, in a wooded area in the 700 block of Sunday Road, Durham Township where he was living.

The arrest warrant was for the charge of terroristic threats based on an investigation conducted in part by Elyria Police Department in Ohio, in which Kinsey posted multiple threatening messages, images and videos on his Facebook page threatening violence and death to President-elect Joe Biden; Vice President-elect Kamala Harris; Gov. Tom Wolf; and Sen. Nancy Pelosi, as well as any of their supporters.

At Kinsey’s campsite, he was found to be in possession of a semi-automatic handgun, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, despite being listed as a prohibited person not to possess a firearm.

On Monday, Kinsey was charged with possessing instrument of crime; terroristic threats; persons not to possess firearms; small amount - marijuana possession; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
