State police at Fern Ridge troopers were dispatched to a residence along Pawnee Trail, in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County at 4 p.m. Jan. 5 for a report of a criminal trespass.

A 56-year-old woman from Albrightsville, reported Gregory Ross, 33, and Kristin Mahy, 27, both of Albrightsville, came to her residence between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. knowing that they did not belong there.

As a result both have been charged with defiant trespass.
