The Crusaders, who were playing without the services of their head coach Larry Furey, race to a 25-6 first-quarter lead and extend the margin to 26 points by halftime. Jesse Nardini collects 14 points in the win, while brothers Gabe and Ted Fritz both finish with 13. Al Michalik also tallies 10 points as St. Ann’s finishes with five players in double-figure scoring.
