November 18, 1950 - Teddy Drigan rushes for 234 yards and scores a pair of touchdowns to help Nesquehoning roll to a 41-0 victory over Blythe Township. The winners, coached by Tony Mezza, put the game out of reach early by scoring three times in the opening quarter. Carl Mikovich starts the onslaught with a 32-yard TD run, while Drigan matches that score with his own 32-yard tally. Before the period ends, Johnny Feddock tosses a scoring pass to Bob Foster. Drigan and Feddock add second-quarter touchdown runs, while Bobby Coombe concludes the scoring in the fourth frame with a 90-yard TD run.
