State police at Frackville said a tractor trailed parked on the right berm of Interstate 81 in Kline Township was sideswiped by another vehicle whose driver never stopped to acknowledge the incident.

It happened at 2 p.m. Oct. 9 at Mile Marker 139 when the 2019 Freightliner Cascadia operated by Antrov Stewart, 42, of Leland, Mississippi, was struck by a white-colored box truck traveling southbound.
