State police at Lehighton reported on the following driving under the influence cases:

• On Monday at 9 p.m. Christine Marie Gibson, of Summit Hill, was stopped for a traffic violation in Lehighton. She was found to be under the influence and police requested she submit to a blood test.

• On Sunday at 6 p.m. Diana Marie Graziano, of Polk Township, Monroe County, was stopped for a traffic violation in Polk Township. She was found to be under the influence and in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Police requested she submit to a blood test.

• On Tuesday at 7:40 p.m. a 28-year-old man from Effort, who troopers declined to identify, was stopped along Dotters Corner Road at Windy Hill Road in Polk Township. Police determined there was an active warrant for his arrest issued by state police at Stroudsburg. He was also found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was taken into custody on the warrant. Charges will be filed.
