Senior center menu

The menu at the Panther Valley Senior Center for the week of Aug. 31-Sept. 4 is as follows:

Monday: Greek salad with chicken, roll, melon

Tuesday: Italian stuffed pita, coleslaw, apple slices

Wednesday: Egg salad sandwich, cucumber salad, orange

Thursday: Chicken bacon ranch salad, roll, melon

Friday: Reuben sandwich, cucumber salad, orange

The senior center has also announced the following activities:

Chair Exercise on Aug. 31 at 10:30 a.m.; Bingo on Sept. 1 at 10:45 a.m.; Scattergories on Sept. 2 at 11 a.m.; Bingo on Sept. 3 at 10:45 a.m.; A Healthy You Jingo on Sept. 4 at 11 a.m.

Center closed Sept. 7; Birthday Bingo on Sept. 8 at 10:45 a.m.; Family Feud on Sept. 9 at 11 a.m.; Bingo on Sept. 10 at 10:45 a.m.; New Game, Shut the Box, on Sept. 11 at 10:30 a.m.

Anyone coming to the center for a lunch or a social visit must preregister since we have a maximum 16 person capacity.

If someone is interested in coming for lunch or to check on activities they can call the center at 570-669-9930 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
