PA CareerLink Carbon County will begin offering on-site services by appointment only on Wednesday. The Unemployment Compensation courtesy phone will not be available for the foreseeable future. The limited on-site services are in accordance with Gov. Tom Wolf’s COVID-19 Safety Procedures for Businesses.

Although PA CareerLink Carbon County has been closed to the public since mid-March when statewide mitigation efforts began to slow the spread of COVID-19, certain services have been provided for jobseekers and employers. While we strongly encourage customers to continue using our virtual services, we are accepting appointments for on-site services. Please call the PA CareerLink Carbon County at 570-325-2701 to inquire and schedule services.

Services include all employer services, career counseling, financial aid for training programs, job search assistance, on-the-job training programs, resume assistance, virtual workshops and job fairs, youth programming and work readiness services, copying and faxing documents for unemployment compensation office, and use of the PA CareerLink resource room for job search activity.

To protect the health and safety of our customers and staff and to continue following COVID-19 social distancing and mitigation recommendations, UC courtesy telephones will not be available in PA CareerLink offices until further notice.
