Tamaqua residents and passersby were greeted Sunday morning by the sight of overflowing bubbles at the John E. Morgan Memorial Fountain at Depot Square Park. The vandalism took place either late Saturday or early Sunday. The Victorian fountain was installed in August 2002 and has occasionally been subject to similar acts.
