Lehigh Carbon Community College offers a variety of classes in the coming months:

Cooking classes

LCCC will offer a variety of noncredit cooking and baking classes. Due to COVID-19 restrictions all classes will be held at the Schnecksville campus. All tuitions include a materials fee, payable upon registration.

Learn how to make your foods look more appealing, how to bake delicious desserts, how to prepare fundamental items and freeze them for later use.

• Cupcake: Nov. 11, from 7 to 9 p.m.

• The Art of Parfaits: Dec. 1, from 7 to 9 p.m.

CBD course

LCCC will hold a new noncredit class this semester, CBD 101.

Explore the history and health benefits of CBD, which stands for cannabidiol and is naturally found in hemp plants. Learn the basics on label reading, safety, potency, side effect and legalities.

Choose from one of the following classes held at LCCC’s main campus in Schnecksville.

• Saturdays, Sept. 19-Oct. 3, from 1 to 2:30 p.m.

• Sundays, Nov. 8-22, from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
