Palmerton rallied for three runs in the top of the fifth inning Wednesday to tie South Parkland, 12-12, in the Bombers final Connie Mack exhibition game.
The game was called after the completion of that half ining.
Trailing 12-9 with two outs and no one on base in the fifth, Palmerton used two walks, two hits batsmen, and two errors to tie the contest.
For Palmerton, Randan Solt had a hit and scored three runs, while Nate Steinmetz had a hit and three RBIs. Also contributing were Trey Sterling (double, two RBIs); Chase Reph (two runs); and Nate Stroup (two RBIs).
