VEHICLE FIRE IN NESQUEHONING

All three Nesquehoning fire companies responded to a vehicle fire at 9:30 a.m. Saturday on the mountain behind the Panther Creek cogeneration plant. When firefighters arrived, they found a fully involved vehicle fire. Firefighters had to traverse a steep rocky incline to reach the fire.
