Carbon County Planning Commission, on Tuesday, made recommendations on six subdivision/lot line revision plans.
They include:
• Sal Melo of Melo Enterprises LLC received conditional plan rejection for a proposed subdivision at Princeton Avenue, adjacent to the Palmerton Assisted Living Center in Palmerton.
• Harold L Jr. and Lori A. Schaffer received conditional plan rejection for a proposed subdivision at the intersection of Long Run Road and Vine and Beech streets in Franklin Township. The plans call for subdividing a 17.925-acre lot into two lots.
• Gregory Muchmore, executor of the Dorenda A. Muchmore estate, received conditional plan rejection for a proposed subdivision at 5845/5905 Interchange Road in Lower Towamensing Township. The plans called for creating two lots.
• Jeffrey W. and Hollis A. Lucas received conditional plan approval for a proposed lot line revision at 174 Longfellow Circle, Towamensing Trails, Section 5, Penn Forest Township. The plans called for combining two lots into one new lot.
• Richard C. Berger received conditional plan rejection for a proposed subdivision at 3453 Quakake Road, Packer Township. The plans called for creating two lots.
• Edwin R. Corridon received conditional plan approval for a proposed lot line revision at 19 Wychewood Road, Holiday Poconos Section B, Kidder Township. The plans called for combining two lots to create a new lot.
The recommendations of the commission will now be sent to the municipalities for inclusion of plan approvals or rejections.
