Sewage issues on Ben Titus discussed

During Rush Township’s monthly board of supervisors meeting, solicitor Chris Riedlinger said there had been citations filed for sewage issues at 503 Ben Titus Road.

According to records, Riedlinger said the previous owner of the now vacant home also had sewage issues and it has never been correctly fixed.

He said he sent a letter to the mortgage company that now owns the property in hopes that it will pay to get the issue addressed as it still affects residents in surrounding houses.
