The commissioners, last week, acted on or discussed the following items:

• Approved the resignation of Anthony DiMiceli of Nesquehoning from the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board; as well as the appointments of Joseph Sebelin, Jim Thorpe/Penn-Kidder Senior Center, and Thomas A. Williams as consumer representatives for the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board. The terms runs to June 30, 2021.

• Approved the reappointments of Ginny Tatusko as community representative and Grace Riggio, Diane Luedtke and Marveline Costenbader as the consumer representatives for the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board. The terms run to June 30, 2021.

• Ratified the utilization of constables for coverage in all four district court offices through July 31 at a rate of $13 per hour.

• Ratified the termination of hazard pay for all AFSCME Residential and Court Appointed employees effective July 1.
