State police at Lehighton are investigating an incident at a Monroe County diner.

Troopers said a Kunkletown man reported the front door of Cherry’s Family Restaurant, located at 539 Interchange Road, in Polk Township, was broken.

The incident occurred sometime between June 18 at 8:30 p.m. and June 29 at 12:48 p.m. Damages were estimated at $500.
