The new St. Luke’s Jim Thorpe Primary Care is now open and accepting new patients.

Charles Wolfe, CRNP, is the provider at the practice, located at 1122 North St., in Jim Thorpe. According to Wolfe, the focus of his practice is to give all patients the best possible care by getting to know the them, listening to their concerns and taking extra time to make sure they understand the diagnosis(es) and treatment plan(s).

“I offer services for patients starting at 5 years of age that include wellness visits; physicals; sick visits; minor urgent care such as suturing, sprains and joint injections; and chronic disease management for elevated blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, cholesterol and more,” he says.

“In order to provide up-to-date treatment options to my patients, I focus my continuing education on current and innovative ideas.”

Wolfe is an American Association of Nurse Practitioners board certified family nurse practitioner and has been in the health care field since 1998. He also practices at St. Luke’s Albrightsville Primary Care.
