Rush Police charged Luisa Perez, 23, Port Carbon, with retail theft, criminal trespass and violation of the disease prevention and control law, as she tried to steal auto air fresheners and motor oil.

Perez was arrested April 14 at 35 Plaza Drive. She had previously been given written notice banning her from entering store property. Rush Police also determined she had violated the Stay at Home Act issued by Gov. Tom Wolf on April 1.
