Nesquehoning Borough Tax Collector Patty Vito has announced she will be following state guidelines for the period of tax collections that will begin shortly.

Accordingly, she will be accepting payments by check or money order only, which have to be made by mail or by dropping the payments and tax receipts off in her mail slot at 106 E. Center St., Nesquehoning.

Vito said she will inform borough residents when regular in-person hours will resume. Her office hours starting April 1 will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 4-6 p.m. on Wednesdays.
