Crossroads Community Church
Crossroads Community Church, 580 Coal St., holds Sunday worship service with Pastor Kevin McGraw. It is a place for a fresh start with God.
Adult Sunday school at 9:30 a.m.; contemporary worship service at 10:30 a.m. with nursery available; children’s Sunday school at 11 a.m.; fellowship following service.
Foundations class: Sundays at 9:30 a.m.
Women’s fellowship breakfast: Third Saturday of each month at 9 a.m.
Communion: Last Sunday of the month.
Trinity Highlights
Sunday worship at Trinity Lutheran Church, 175 S. Third St., with Holy Communion begins at 9:30 a.m. Gluten-free wafers are available for those with allergy issues. The Rev. Nancy Moore presides. Vicar Joshua Krenz assists. Coffeehouse fellowship follows.
Sunday church school classes for students ages 3 through sixth grade begin at 10:45 a.m.
Students in grades 5-12 are invited to participate in food, conversation and youth group activities 5-7 p.m. on March 15 and 22 at the second floor youth room. Vicar Joshua Krenz is the youth adviser.
A midweek Lenten series of soup and devotions continue March 18, 25 and April 1. Soup suppers being at 6 p.m. in Luther Hall. The themed devotions “At the Name of Jesus” begin at 7 p.m. in the church. Maundy Thursday April 9 worship with Holy Communion is at 7 p.m. Good Friday Tenebrae worship is April 10 at 7 p.m.
For those desiring to arrange a baptismal date, Pastor Moore will share information Sunday at 1 p.m. Pastor will share information with those desiring to seek membership at Trinity at 1 p.m. March 22. Please contact the church office in advance at 610-377-4303 to register.
