Pocono Mountain Regional Police

Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on the following incidents.

• On Feb. 19 at 11:37 p.m. a woman called police and advised she was still at work but received several messages from her husband not to come home. The woman said her husband left messages advising her that he had bolted the doors shut and if she called the police he would kill her.

Later the wife came to the police station and officers heard the messages sent to her by her husband. Police then went to the residence, along King Arthur Road in Blakeslee, and took the husband, Patrick Rubio Jr., 60, into custody without incident.

He was charged with terroristic threats and harassment by communications.

• On Feb. 20 about 8 a.m. police went to a residence along Cross Street in Pocono Lake for a warrant service.

On scene, officers took Bianca Colon, 24, of the Cross Street address, into custody on an active warrant issued out of Cumberland County, for forgery.

Colon was placed in the county prison in Snydersville on the warrant.
