Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Investigation by police officers:

Vinicio Delpino, 46, Newark, New Jersey, was charged for an incident Feb. 19 at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.

Securing loads in vehicles:

Motor Coach Industries, Bronx, New York, was charged for an incident Feb. 17 on the Route 248 east ramp.

Maximum axle weight:

• Nelson Vera, 43, Staten Island, New York, was charged Feb. 19 in the 800 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

• Edwin Perez, 39, Bayonne, New Jersey, and Jose Lopez, 60, Elizabeth, New Jersey, were charged Feb. 19 at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.

Citations:

Police also issued eight citations for speeding, three for vehicle violations, and one for traffic violation.
