Lehigh Carbon Community College will offer a variety of noncredit hands-on cooking classes for couples to enjoy.

All are held from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Lisa Jane Scheller Community Services Center kitchen at LCCC’s main campus in Schnecksville. Fees per person vary.

• Couples cooking class: The Cuisine of Asia, which will be held Feb. 21 or April 17, teaches participants how to make dishes from Thailand, Vietnam and mainland China, such as dumplings, egg rolls and wok stir fry.

• Learn the history and cultural context and how to make sushi rolls in date night class Sushi 101. Sessions are offered on either March 20 or May 15. Bring a water bottle or nonalcoholic beverage.
