A Lehigh Township man wanted after police said he threatened to shoot family members on Tuesday is in custody.

Township police said that Kyle Brian McKittrick, 44, of Danielsville, was apprehended was apprehended Wednesday morning by Virginia State Police in the Richmond area.

Lehigh Township police responded at 11 a.m. Tuesday to a domestic dispute on Elm Road, Danielsville, when it was reported McKittrick pointed a gun at family members and threatened to shoot them.

McKittrick fled the residence before police arrived, and had last been seen driving his silver/gray 2016 Dodge Ram pickup.

McKittrick faces charges of aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.
