Fire companies from several communities responded Monday night to a dwelling fire in New Ringgold. The fire was reported around 7:30 p.m. in a double block home along Railroad street, Route 443. Fire companies from New Ringgold, West Penn, Tamaqua and Deer Lake responded to the scene. Area fire police maintained traffic control at the scene detouring traffic around the community.
