Postal employees will begin moving into the new Summit Hill Post Office at noon tomorrow, and the new structure will be open for business on Monday at the corner of Market and Hazard streets.

Transfer of equipment from the old location on Ludlow Street will continue through Sunday. It was noted by Postmaster Norman Serena there will not be any interruption of service during the move.

The new building was inspected recently by district postal authorities and approved for occupation. Formal dedication of the new post office will be held after New Year’s, according to Serena.
