The Pocono Mountain Arts Council will host its 15th annual Holiday Fine Arts and Crafts Festival at a new location, the Conference Center at Kalahari Resort. The event was formerly held at Skytop Lodge.

The festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1. There is no admission charge.
