Are you new to Medicare?

Free APPRISE educational programs that will provide information on Medicare will be held at the community room in St. Luke’s Gnaden Huetten campus, Lehighton from 3-4:30 p.m. on Sept. 5 and from 6-7:30 p.m. on Sept. 10.

Topics that will be covered include getting started on Medicare; Parts A, B, C and D; how and when to enroll, choosing the right health coverage and prescription drug coverage; avoiding penalties; getting extra help with payment; and supplemental insurance policies.
