I saw another hospital and/or doctor office space is being built — we don’t need it. What we do need are department stores. All we have is Walmart, that’s it. We need a Kohl’s store, J.C. Penney’s, Boscov’s, etc. People in our area need to travel to Allentown or Hazleton to buy good clothing and sneakers, which is crazy. Walmart is good for a lot of things but not clothing.
