The menu at the Panther Valley Senior Center for the week of Aug. 26-30 is as follows:

Monday: Cream of broccoli soup, open hot beef sandwich, mashed potatoes, rice pudding or tuna wrap

Tuesday: Pizza day

Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, broccoli, cottage cheese with berries or pork sandwich

Thursday: Chicken leg, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, melon or beef Thai salad

Friday: Pork and sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, carrots, baked apples or chicken salad sandwich

The Panther Valley Senior Center has announced upcoming events for Aug. 26-30.

Ping Pong on Aug. 26 at 11 a.m.; Movie & Pizza on Aug. 27, Movie starts at 10 a.m.; Saran Wrap Ball on Aug. 28 at 11 a.m.; Bingo on Aug. 29 at 10:45 a.m.; Make Your Own Sundae on Aug. 30 after lunch.

Golden Agers

The Panther Valley Golden Agers scheduled meeting will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday at St. John’s Slovak Lutheran Church Social Hall.

The guest speaker will be a representative from Heritage Hills Senior Living, Weatherly and will speak about memory impairment.

Anyone 55 and older is welcomed to join the group.
