State police looking for pickup that caused I-78 crash

State Police at Fogelsville are looking for a vehicle that caused a multicar crash along Interstate 78 in Salisbury Township Wednesday.

According to police, a white pickup abruptly changed lanes on I-78 East near the Cedar Crest exit, causing three vehicles to crash, but never stopped. The crashed happened just before 6 a.m.

A 25-year-old man from Emerald, driving a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer; a 52-year-old man from Toms River, New Jersey, driving a 2014 Freighliner tractor-trailer; and a 39-year-old man, no hometown given, driving a 2002 Toyota Avalon, were all taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital — Cedar Crest campus for injuries they sustained during the crash.
