A two-part program on finding our family roots will be held at the Historical Association of Tobyhanna Township on Thursday.

First, award-winning genealogist Pat Quigley will provide an overview of how easy, and rewarding, it is to research your family. He will reveal tips and resources to get you started.

Ike Olson will then share interesting stories of families and ancestors to use as inspiration to seek out the rich history of your own families.

Attendees are encouraged to bring family lore and photos.

The program will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Clymer Library, located at 115 Firehouse Road in Pocono Pines.

The meeting is open to the public and is free of charge. No advance reservation is required.
