                Local softball players recently competed in the Parkland League 10U All-Star game. The National team won the game by a 16-7 score. The National team was comprised of members from Jim Thorpe, Salisbury and Laurys Station. Players from Jim Thorpe included Donna Capobianco, Gloria Strohl, Ryah Confer and Isabella Sully. Players from Northern Lehigh participated on the American squad. They were Annalisa Douglas, Ashley Bellar, Brynlie Remaley and Sophia Papay.
        The National team recently captured the 10U All-Star softball game title with a 16-7 victory over the American team. Jolene Beck, Charlotte Lees, Sydney Foust and Sophia Gunning represented Salisbury, while Reese Van Horn, Brianna Beani, Cheyanne Brawn and Lorelei Sullivan played for Laurys Station. The American team included players from SPYA, Moore Township and Northern Lehigh. Those players from Northern Lehigh included, Annalisa Douglas, Ashley Bellar, Brynlie Remaley and Sophia Papay.
