Palmerton Concourse Club donates to area organizations

Concourse Club of Palmerton donated to 23 local nonprofit organizations, totaling $8,750. The event was held on June 4. The following organizations received monetary donations: Palmerton Area Library, Palmerton Memorial Park, Domestic Violence Service Center, Palmerton Historical Society, CACPAC, Palmerton Municipal Fire Company, Aquashicola Fire Company, Towamensing Fire Company, Bowmanstown Fire Company.

Palmerton Area Recreation Committee, Palmerton Band, Carbon County Special Olympics, Breast Cancer Research, PA Breast Cancer Coalition, Lehigh Gap Nature Center, Palmerton Bandstand Committee, Meals on Wheels, Care Net of Carbon County, Family Promise, Friends of the Park, Turn To Us, Inc., President’s Project Palmerton United Veterans Organization (Palmerton Veterans Memorial), Carbon County Environmental Education Center.
