Kutztown University inducts 18 into criminal justice honor society

Kutztown University inducted 18 students into its 2019 class of Alpha Phi Sigma, National Honor Society for Criminal Justice, at its annual induction ceremony on April 16.

Alpha Phi Sigma was founded in 1942 at Washington State University and became affiliated with the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences in 1976.

To be eligible for membership, a student must be a criminal justice major or minor, have completed at least 40 credit hours, including at least four criminal justice courses, have an overall QPA of 3.2 or higher, and have a QPA in criminal justice courses of 3.2 or higher.

Local students include Hannah Schatz of Lehighton and Kayla Brown of New Ringgold.
