Crusaders for a Cause is hosting its 13th annual spring carnival this week in the Palmerton Borough Park.

The carnival will take place from 6-10 p.m. Thursday, 5-11 p.m. Friday, 4-11 p.m. Saturday and 2-7 p.m. on Sunday.

AEB amusements along with Dales Concessions and various food vendors will be on hand, including a new soft shell taco stand. There will also be craft vendors, a Chinese auction and entertainment in the gazebo daily.

In addition, Apollo the alligator from Christina’s Reptile and Animal Sanctuary will be present.

Crusaders for a Cause is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that raises funds and donates the proceeds to local charities.

This year, proceeds from the carnival will be donate to The Bo Tkach Foundation in order to help those suffering mental illness and to help towards suicide awareness and treatments.
