The Schuylkill League, Colonial League and Eastern Pennsylvania Conference have released playoff schedules for baseball and softball.

Five area schools ­— Panther Valley, Marian, Palmerton, Northwestern and Pleasant Valley — are participating in baseball playoff games. Meanwhile, Palmerton and Northwestern are also taking part in softball playoffs.

Playoff action in all three leagues kicks off Saturday.
