A woman has been charged with selling heroin and methamphetamine in Carbon County.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by a narcotics agent with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Narcotics Investigations and Drug Control:

Around noon Nov. 7, a confidential informant had numerous text and phone conversations with Alainna Bunch, 39.

Bunch agreed to meet the informant to purchase a quantity of methamphetamine at a predetermined location.

Rosenberg, along with several agents and a detective, established surveillance in the area.

Bunch arrived a short time later and was taken into custody without incident.

Bunch said that the dope was in her purse, and when asked about other drugs, she said that she had a brick of heroin and two bags of methamphetamine.

A search of the vehicle yielded a quantity of heroin, methamphetamine, LSD, as well as packaging material and a scale.

Bunch had $1,074 in cash and two cellphones.

The bulk heroin, along with the methamphetamine, were tested and with positive results.

Bunch faces charges on three counts each of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and intentional possession controlled substance by person not registered; and one count each of conspiracy — manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; use/possession of drug paraphernalia; and criminal use of communication facility.

She is in the Carbon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $75,000 bail, and is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing April 24 before District Judge Joseph D. Homanko Sr. of Weatherly.
