Two long-term staff members of Barry Isett and Associates Inc. have been promoted to director positions: Kimberly Kyra in the company’s Human Resources Department and Francee Fuller who leads the marketing department. Both are 22-year veterans of the firm.

Kyra has a bachelor of arts degree in public administration from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s in business administration from Moravian College. Fuller is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in communications.
