Albright College has announced the recipients of its annual Founders Scholarships. These scholarships are awarded to high school students with outstanding academic records. Founders Scholars generally rank in the top 5 percent of their graduating class and demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to service.

Local scholarship winners include Nathan Rosahac of Jim Thorpe and Benjamin Netznik of Palmerton.

Rosahac is a senior at Jim Thorpe Area High School interested in studying premedical and biochemistry in college.

Netznik is a senior at Palmerton Area High School interested in studying accounting, economics, and finance and business administration.
