Northern Lehigh’s Jada Saeger has been named to the Colonial League Girls Basketball First Team all-star squad.

Saeger, a senior, averaged 24.1 points per game this season — tops in the Times News area.

Three other area players were selected to the Second Team. They include Northwestern’s Sage Christoper and Sydney Sevrain, and Palmerton’s Brianna Moore.

Christopher, a senior, is averaging 11.0 ppg while her junior teammate Sevrain is scoring 10.3 points per contest. The two helped the Tigers post a record of 19-3 during the regular season. Moore, meanwhile, is the only freshman among the league’s First and Second Teams. The Blue Bomber is tallying 14.8 ppg and helped her team clinch a berth in the upcoming district playoffs.

Other area players to make the Honorable Mention list include Palmerton’s Kayla Cincilla and Baylee Guedes, and Northwestern’s Emily Sekerak.
