The menu at the Panther Valley Senior Center for the week of Jan. 21-25 is:

Monday: Split pea soup, turkey salad sandwich, broccoli slaw, cookie

Tuesday: chicken Marsala, oven potatoes, green beans, rice pudding or chicken club sandwich

Wednesday: Baked fish, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, pears or Cuban sandwich

Thursday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, carrots, bread pudding or chicken Cobb salad

Friday: Roast turkey, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, baked apples or turkey wrap

The center also announced upcoming events for the remainder of January.

Bloodmobile

Miller-Keystone Bloodmobile will be at the American Fire Company, 26 E. Patterson St., Lansford, from 1 to 6 p.m. Feb. 5.
