Members of the 1967 class of Jim Thorpe High School will meet for breakfast at 10 a.m. Monday at the Boulevard Restaurant in Lehighton. Members and spouses are invited to attend.

Community supper

St. Mark’s Episcopal Church will host its free community dinner from 4 to 6 p.m. Jan. 27. This month’s menu is baked ziti. If you have questions, call the church at 570-325-2241.

Polar plunge

The annual “Be Cool for Our School” polar plunge to benefit Marian Catholic High School will take place on Jan. 26, at Mauch Chunk Lake Park. There is a registration fee and registration will open from 10 to 11:30 a.m. the day of the plunge.

Registration is not limited to plungers; you may also register as a Chicken to show support but stay dry. For more information, call Kathy Goff at 610-704-8037.
