Find help at a Loss of a Spouse seminar.

You’ll hear:

• Practical advice from others who’ve been there.

• What to expect in your grief.

• How to cope with life without your spouse.

• Why it won’t always hurt this much.

The seminar will be presented twice at Grace-St. Paul’s UMC, 40 Church Road, Jim Thorpe. The first session will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, and the second session will take place at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 15. You are welcome to attend either session.
