The Schuylkill County Commissioners have approved the following personnel changes and salaries:

• Second Deputy of Orphan’s Court Debra Igo, of the Register of Wills office, is retiring effective Dec. 28.

• Charlotte Allar, Wayne Township, is transferring from Courier, Human Services, to Clerk 1, Election Bureau. Her salary will be $11.09 per hour, per union contract.

• Sheila Marie Finney, Nesquehoning, is appointed as Clerk II for the Clerk of Courts. Her salary will be $11.88 per hour, per union contract.

• Two people were approved as unpaid interns for the Public Defender’s Office from Jan. 2 through May 1, 2019. They are Augustine Torres, Shamokin, and Christopher Opolsky, Saint Clair.
