Cassandra L. Lipson, 27, of Albrightsville, was cited by state police at Stroudsburg for her role in a crash at 5:08 p.m. Dec. 4 at the intersection of Seven Bridge Road and a private driveway in Smithfield Township.

Police said she pulled from the driveway in a 2016 Jeep Latitude and entered the path of a 2016 Nissan Altima that was driven northbound by Sabeeya Gir, 25, of East Stroudsburg, causing a collision.

Lipson sustained minor injuries, police said.
