Reading & Northern announces the appointment of Chris Goetz as vice president maintenance of way and Erik Yoder as assistant vice president real estate.

In announcing the appointments, Christina Muller-Levan, vice president administration, said, “Along with Chris and Erik, the Reading & Northern has many talented individuals with strong skill sets that are beneficial to numerous departments.

“Chris and Erik’s work in MOW and real estate displayed that they both have strong leadership capabilities and railroad expertise that could be lent to both departments, which are needed during this time of exponential growth over the past 12 months at the Reading & Northern.”

Goetz will lead the team to serve the rapidly growing needs of Reading & Northern’s expanding rail system and new development opportunities.

During his tenure in the real estate department, he was tasked with the construction management of the Nesquehoning Bridge Project.

He is married to Reena Goetz, and has two daughters, Kirra, 12, and Mia, 10.
