Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia:

Marcos Perez, 27, Lansford, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Oct. 20 on Route 248 east.

Disorderly conduct:

Stephen Meleschuk, 59, Palmerton, was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, for an incident Oct. 27 at Seventh Street and Alley F.

Citations:

Police also issued three citations each for speeding and traffic violations.
