The 111th annual Northern Lehigh Halloween Parade will be held Saturday beginning at 6 p.m. In case of rain, an announcement on postponing the parade until the rain date of Sunday will be made by noon Saturday. The announcement will be posted on the Northern Lehigh Halloween Parade events page on Facebook.
